Fun fact: Before Samantha Ronson, and before Fornarina, there was Jared Leto. Tabloid darling Lindsay Lohan enjoyed a brief fling with the actor after they costarred together in 2005's Chapter 27, and apparently Jared successfully distracted Lindsay from her recent drama when they bumped into each other this weekend.

According to E! News, Lohan showed up to a party at the Roosevelt Hotel with her usual companion these days, 15-year-old Ali Lohan (who's inexplicably welcome at all of these events, no matter the time of night). An eyewitness describes how Lindsay quickly ditched her little sis for a more alluring partner:

Jared came over to Lindsay's table to get her, and then they walked into the MTV suite together. Inside the private suite, Jared pinned Lindsay against the wall and they looked superflirty. He was whispering in her ear, and their bodies were close together.

The rendezvous lasted for about 20 minutes, so stay tuned for the engagement and pregnancy rumors that are sure to follow.

In other Lohan news, Us Weekly is reporting that prescription drugs are to thank for the starlet's recent weight loss. A source told the magazine, "She takes Adderall all the time. She gets jittery because of the way the pills affect her. It's a major reason why she's losing weight."
