Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck have welcomed their second daughter. The baby was born Tuesday in Los Angeles. The actress's rep says: "Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl."

Garner confirmed her second pregnancy in August.

Alias costar and close friend Victor Garber says the actress needs no help in the mommy department.

Garner was spotted with Violet at the Farmer's Market in Pacific Palisades and grabbing a decaf coffee at Caffe Luxxe in Santa Monica with a girlfriend, just some days before the birth.
