Greetings All,

Lyon Productions is currently in pre-production on the film Minor League, a football story. This movie is set for principal photography starting in March. It is a comedy sports film in the realm of The Replacements meets American Pie, though on a MUCH smaller budget scale.

We are currently in the stage of name casting for some of our primary roles, which have been listed in another post. We have a great core of working class quality actors, several of which we feel are true up and comers in the industry. However, our film is being produced on an ultra low budget, which means we are firmly aware that we do not have the financial meets to contract an "A List" name talent for a primary role.

Instead, we would like to enlist a possible quality name talent for a brief cameo in the film that would take place on only one day of filming. This does not have to be specific to a current role or fit a "character" in the movie as we are more than willing to do a minor scene rewrite to fit the right person in. We realize we do not have the budget to attract a key name; yet we are extremely willing to put together some form of day base salary with an additional deferred fee as well as back end points in the film for the right name.

We are more than willing to consider any talent, regardless of their background of niche, in order to add another quality selling point to this film.
